General Terms and Conditions of Motion Watch GmbH
1. shipping and return your watch
Pack your watch carefully and use packaging material that protects your watch in the best possible way. Your shipment is covered by our transport insurance up to a value of CHF 25'000 per package.

The return of your watch is free of charge from an order volume of CHF 250.
2. repair prices
All repair prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) including VAT. Our prices are guidelines and may occasionally be adjusted to the market. If the communicated cost estimate differs from the exact price, a cost estimate will be provided upon receipt of the watch.
3. payment
For repairs and articles from the online store, Motion Watch GmbH reserves the right to demand advance payment for new customers and customers who are resident abroad.
Otherwise, the most common credit cards and bank transfer are accepted or invoiced.
4. warranty
The following warranty terms apply to repairs performed by Motion Watch GmbH at Motion Watch GmbH:
- Battery replacement: 1 year from invoice date (on battery only)
- Watertightness service: 1 year from the date of invoice on performed work
- Partial revision: 1 year from date of invoice on work performed
- Revision: 1 year from date of invoice for work carried out
(or 2 years according to the manufacturer's specifications)
Justified warranty claims will be settled immediately by Motion Watch GmbH. The costs of shipping and return will be borne by Motion Watch GmbH.
Excluded from the guarantee are damages resulting from accidents (bumps, dents, broken glass, etc.), incorrect or improper handling, wear and tear due to normal use and ageing of the watch, manipulation by someone other than Motion Watch GmbH.
Under certain circumstances, the water resistance of vintage watches can no longer be guaranteed.
5. online store
All prices stated in the online store are in Swiss francs (CHF) including VAT, excluding packaging and shipping costs. The products and prices in the online store are valid as an offer as long as the product can be found in the online store and is in stock.
The selection of products is limited to the most common models and sizes, but products in other sizes may be offered.
All reptile leather watch straps are certified without exception. Each strap is subject to the CITES specifications (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora; or Washington Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora).
Conclusion of contract:
A contract between the customer and Motion Watch GmbH is concluded after order confirmation by acceptance of Motion Watch GmbH.
Delivery terms:
Delivery will be made immediately to the specified address for items that are in stock. Otherwise, a written confirmation with the expected delivery date will follow. Delivery is at the expense and risk of the customer.
Retention of Title:
Until payment of the item by the customer, the goods remain the property of Motion Watch GmbH.
Return Policy:
In general there is no right of return. In case of wrong order or if there is a defect in the item, you have to contact Motion Watch GmbH within seven calendar days and after consultation and confirmation by Motion Watch GmbH an item will be taken back.
When confirming a return, the item will only be accepted in unused, complete condition and with original packaging. The costs for a return are not taken over by Motion Watch GmbH.

Our business activities are based on Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Solothurn.
