We are committed to providing bespoke watch repair services for mechanical and quartz watches of a variety of brands. However, it is possible that we can only repair certain watches at the manufacturers.

What is included in a watch repair service?

Regulation of mechanical watches

A mechanical watch is sensitive to external influences. Regulating your watch gives it back its accuracy.

• Aesthetic and functional check of the watch (scratches, condition of the glass, function of the clasp, crown, pushers).

• Test waterproofness

• Open the clock and check the condition of the movement (rust, condensation, condition of lubrication).

• Test the movement (rate, amplitude, drop)

• Check magnetism and demagnetise if magnetic

• Regulating the gait

• Clean the housing and band with steam or ultrasound

• Replace the bottom seal and tube seal if necessary.

• Check the functions of the clock, set the time and date

• Test waterproofness

Replace component

Glass or another part defective and nothing else serious? That's exactly the service it needs.

• Test factory

• Check the magnetism of mechanical watches and demagnetise if magnetic.

• Replace component (glass, crown, dial, hands, etc.)

• Clean the housing and band with steam or ultrasound

• Check the functions of the clock, set the time and date

• Test waterproofness

• Final inspection

Watertightness Service

A seal does not last forever, this service prevents worse.

• Aesthetic and functional check of the watch (scratches, condition of the glass, function of the clasp, crown, pushers).

• Test waterproofness

• Open the clock and check the condition of the movement (rust, condensation, condition of lubrication).

• Test factory

• Check the magnetism of mechanical watches and demagnetise if magnetic.

• Clean the housing and band with steam or ultrasound

• Replacing the battery in quartz watches / Adjusting the rate in mechanical watches

• Restore watertightness (replace all seals, glue glass)

• Check the functions of the clock, set the time and date

• Test waterproofness

• Final inspection

Partial revision

Your watch runs tirelessly every day, every week, every month and every year. A partial overhaul gives your watch enough energy again until an overhaul is necessary.

• Aesthetic and functional check of the watch (scratches, condition of the glass, function of the clasp, crown, pushers).

• Test waterproofness

• Open the clock and check the condition of the movement (rust, condensation, condition of lubrication).

• Test factory

• Check the magnetism of mechanical watches and demagnetise if magnetic.

• Clean and oil escapement and/or automatic system

• Clean the housing and band with steam or ultrasound

• Restore watertightness (replace all seals, glue glass)

• Test functions, set time and date

• Test waterproofness

Quality Control Hand-Wound Watch

• Movement control at full winding (amplitude, rate and drop)

• Factory inspection after 24 hours (or according to manufacturer's instructions)

• Check power reserve

Quality Control Automatic Watch

• Wind watch in expired condition on watch winder (duration according to manufacturer's instructions).

• Movement control for full wind-up

• Factory inspection after 24 hours (or according to manufacturer's instructions)

• Check power reserve

Quality Control Automatic Chronograph

• Wind watch on watch winder in expired condition (duration according to manufacturer's instructions).

• Movement check when fully wound (chronograph function on and off)

• Run chronograph 

• Movement check after 24 hours (or according to manufacturer's specifications), chronograph function on and off
