Warranty

Eligible warranty claims will be processed immediately by Uhren-Atelier Rogel. The costs for shipping and return shipping will be covered by Uhren-Atelier Rogel.

Excluded from the guarantee are damages resulting from accidents (bumps, dents, broken glass, etc.), incorrect or improper handling, wear and tear due to normal use and ageing of the watch, manipulation by someone other than Motion Watch GmbH.

We provide a guarantee on the following repairs:

Battery service 1 year on the work carried out
(battery only)

Waterproofing service 1 year on the work carried out

Partial revision 1 year on the work performed

Revision 1 year on the work carried out
(or according to the manufacturer's specifications)
