Pack your watch carefully and use packaging materials that provide the best possible protection for your watch. Your shipment is covered by our transport insurance up to a value of CHF 25,000.

After completion of the repair, you will be informed to pay the amount of the repair. Once we have received your payment, we will return your watch. The postage and packaging to return your watch will be covered by us.
